7 Most Unusual Uses of BioFuel for Green Engines
Jan 07
1. Biodiesel Hummers
Biodiesel fuel uses biomass materials – decaying organic material – to create energy. This fuel burns cleaner than traditional gasoline engines, creating less air pollution and less carbon emissions. It is also relatively inexpensive to switch your current engine to one that will burn biodiesel. That is why even gas guzzling Hummers can benefit from it. Biodiesel Hummers is a new trend for Hummie lovers.
2. Hybrid Vehicles
With light years separating us from even our nearest outer star, it takes unimaginable power to propel a vehicle through space to reach such a destination. With current fossil fuel options to power spacecraft, we are nowhere near reaching the nearest galaxy in reasonable time, let alone deep space. This is why alternative rocket fuels are the future of space travel.

Hello Great Job. I think you made some great points in your points and I am goign to do some follow up research topic related and learn more.
August 31st, 2010 at 3:46 amThis was a very enlightening article and the comments are just as enlightening. Alternative fuel is truly the future and we need to be aware of all out our options.
February 23rd, 2009 at 12:37 pmI love the fact that people are finally coming up with new things the power not only cars but also jets and boats. That is where the real pollution starts and it’s great to see alternatives being used.
February 10th, 2009 at 11:57 amI have to say that the Biodiesel Hummers are freaking amazing! Hummers produce a lot of pollution into the air, and the fact that they are taking a stand against it is awesome! Although I do not own one, I would love to!
February 10th, 2009 at 11:56 amLovell you are exactly right. Although many want to think that “Oh this is good for the planet everyone should have one.” honestly if everyone had one we would be putting a lot of people out of jobs. In this economy I don’t think we can handle more job lay-offs. I too wish I could even come close to affording a hybrid…one day.
February 7th, 2009 at 8:43 amJessie I think the reason that the biofuel car is out of reach for the average joe is because if everyone could own one would it really be that great anymore? Think about it not only from the point of saving the planet but also from the manufactures view.
February 6th, 2009 at 8:59 pmI have to agree with Ramon the above poster. If a biofuel car, bike or boat was more affordable to the average consumer then making the switch would be much easier and much more beneficial to the overall picture.
February 6th, 2009 at 8:43 amToo bad all of these things are too expensive for the average consumer. If I could afford to buy a biodiesel Hummer, I’d do it in a heart beat.
January 16th, 2009 at 6:18 pmVery good, great, continue to adhere to!
